How is the toolkit delivered?
After payment confirmation we email a download link to the address supplied at checkout, typically within 1 business hour. The link is valid for 30 days and may be re-issued by emailing [email protected].
What licence do I get?
You receive a perpetual, single-organisation, non-exclusive licence to use, edit and distribute the templates internally inside your company. Resale of the templates "as is" is not permitted - see our Terms of Service for the full text.
Can I get a refund?
Yes - within 14 days of purchase, provided the refund conditions in our Refund Policy are met. Because the toolkit is delivered as an immediate digital download, the right to a statutory cooling-off cancellation under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations is waived once download has started; this is disclosed at checkout.
