Delivery Policy
NAM EXIM LTD delivers all products purchased through this Site electronically. We do not ship physical goods.
1. What you will receive
- An order confirmation email from
[email protected]immediately after payment. - A separate delivery email containing one or more secure download links to the files comprising your toolkit. Files are provided in PDF, DOCX and (for the Premium toolkit) XLSX formats.
- A VAT-style invoice on request (for orders from VAT-registered businesses).
2. Delivery timeframe
We aim to deliver download links within 1 UK business hour of payment confirmation. In all cases delivery occurs within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Business hours are 09:00-17:30 UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
3. Delivery method
Files are delivered as URLs hosted on our cloud storage. Each link is unique to the order, valid for 30 days from issue and capped at five downloads. If your link expires or you exceed the download cap, please contact us at [email protected] quoting the order reference and we will re-issue the link.
4. Geographic availability
The toolkits are available worldwide, save in jurisdictions to which sales are restricted by UK, EU, US, UN or other applicable sanctions and export controls. Where we are required to perform sanctions screening before delivery, we may delay delivery for up to 24 hours; if screening fails, we will cancel the order and refund the payment in full.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
Because the products are delivered electronically, no customs duty applies. Any indirect taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) chargeable in your jurisdiction are added at checkout where applicable and shown separately before payment.
6. Failed delivery
The most common cause of a delivery email not arriving is an aggressive corporate spam filter or a typo in the email address supplied at checkout. Please first check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at [email protected] from any address you control - we will verify the order and re-issue the email to a corrected address.
